Arena is an area where players can fight without penalty

arena list                - List the available types of arenas.
arena check               - check the status of a battle in the arena
arena start <arenatype>   - commence the battle (challenger only)
arena challenge <players> - challenge some other players to a match
arena accept              - accept a challenge
arena decline             - decline a challenge
arena withdraw            - withdraw your challenge

Players may safely battle each other in the arena.  Regardless of the
outcome of any battles fought within the arena, players will not lose
experience, gain experience, or lose any equipment.  It is simply a safe
means of player vs. player combat.
