A lightning fearing dragon-like race

A fearsome and secretive race, these giant people are thought to have
originated in the halls of a great magician, and then brought here to wreak
havoc, but instead they killed their creator and tried their best to fit in.
The Draconians quickly became a large part of the population in the realm of
AlteredReality.  Draconians are huge half-dragon, half-human beasts.  They
tower over the battlefield when fighting and have conquered the ability to
use magic, but their huge size also makes them awkward when trying to fit
into a small world.  They are as tall as giants, making them the best target
for electrical energies.  They are a cold blooded race despite being half
human.  This makes them extremely vulnerable to cold based attacks.
