A flag that doesn't allow use of global channels

5.)  Public Interaction
        5.1)  Sexual Harassment
                Sexual harassment of any type will not be tolerated.  If
                you are found to be doing this you will be denied and/or
                banned on the spot.
        5.2)  Pest
                Pest flags are given out by immortals to people who need
                to be quieted down for a short amount of time.  A pest
                flag makes it so that you cannot talk on public channels
                for the length of the flag, usually 10 but up to 25 ticks.
                Repeat offenses can result in losing your channels for
                an indefinate amount of time, as well as losing other
                forms of communication.
        5.3)  Reasons to Pest
                The following are frequent reasons why pests are handed
                out.  These are not the only reasons you can be pested,
                but for the most part will guarantee you one.
                        Discussing other muds
                        Talking about alts ever.
                        Insulting someone OOC.
                        Revealing wizi imms.
                        Spamming.
                        Breaking the censor.
                        Asking for immortal quests.
                        Calling Roswell gay
                        Dissing Snapple
                        Say OMFG or ROFLMAO and I'll eat your first born
        5.4)  Out Of Character / In Character (OOC vs. IC)
                Out Of Character issues are issues that deal with the
                actual person behind the character, and would not generally
                reference events on the mud such as killing a monster. Any
                numerical or statistical value such as "Strength: 25" or
                "Level 10" are considered OOC as in the world of
                AlteredReality such characteristics are numerically
                rated.  In Character is any issue that involves the
                actions and feeling of your character, fighting killing
                hating etc. (we'd like to think that you couldn't be
                brought to actually hate someone OOC that you've never
                met, but i'm sure its not that hard for a character who's
                been killed twice by someone to not be all happy with
                them.)  In general the channels OOC, Grat, and Music are
                considered to be strictly OOC.  And the channels Gossip,
                Shout, and War are only IC.  The other public channels are
                generally multipurpose (i.e. any actual questions should
                be said over the question channel).
