Prices to buy things for a clan hall

NOTE: Immortals will NOT build anything for clans without a proper note.
To have anything added to your clanhall, note to immortal what you want,
where to add it, and all appropriate descriptions and names.
CLAN:
Starting a clan costs 100k gold. This includes the first room, a 50 item
pit, and 150% hp/mana healing. What a deal! For all that you'd expect to
pay 600k! But now you get all that for the low low price of 100k gold!
MEMBERS:
Adding new members to your clan costs you 5k gold. This is automatically
charged at petition accept time.
CLAN HALLS:
Each room will cost 50k gold and starts at 100% healing. Rooms should all
be near each other but not necessarily connected. There is also a property
tax of 25k gold per room per real-life month.
HEALING:
Boosting the hp OR mana recovery bonus per room costs 50k for 10%. The
maximum allowed is 400% healing and 400% mana. Note: for 50k gold you get
10% mana recovery, OR 10% hp recovery, not both.
FOUNTAINS:
Fountains cost 30k gold and include water, the default liquid. Changing the
liquid in your fountain costs 15k gold.
PITS:
Donation pits cost:
50k gold for a maximum of 50 items.
40k gold to extend it to a maximum of 100 items.
HEALERS:
Healers cost 150k gold for the first 30 levels, and 30k gold for each level
after that, up to 90.
BANKS:
Clans may buy a clan bank and banker for 100k. You are required to have a
clan bank before you can have a clan clerk.
CLERKS:
Clans can purchase a clerk for 40k, which is like a personal shopkeeper,
except that it gives its profits to the clan, and, if placed in a room
designed as a store will allow you to transact with it without a name. You
could, for example, set up a weapons store next to your clan hall and stock
it with items for people to buy, or potions, or whatever. Only clan members
of rank 3 and above may add, remove, and set the price of items in clan
shops.
FURNITURE:
Clan hall furniture such as tables and chairs will cost 1000 gold each. No
healing bonuses are given on furniture.
Clans may freely choose which of their rooms they recall to. They may also
freely move furniture, healers and clerks. Healing bonuses, pits, and
fountains may NOT be moved between rooms. Also, rooms themselves cannot be
moved from place to place (including relinking).
