As they are among the most recently discovered races in the domains of
AlteredReality, few things are known about the cryptic Trineste.  With no
previous contact, they began appearing at increasing intervals, appearing to
study the already established inhabitants out of curiosity.  Although their
point of origin and their intentions are yet unknown, the actions of the
Trineste have remained moderately friendly but neutral.  Although most have
come to accept, or at least tolerate, the Trineste, there are still those
who are suspicious of their secretive nature.  

With an imposing physical presence, the Trineste tower over even the tallest
Titan.  Considering their enormous size, they are surprisingly agile.  It is
widely speculated that this is possible due to their extremely light build. 
They have an ethereal form that appears to border almost on the intangible. 
Observation of the Trineste suggests a highly decentralized physiology, with
only rudimentary appendages to support the body and to allow use of tools. 
One of the few pieces of information volunteered by the Trineste was a
response to inquiries about their apparent lack of sensory organs...or for
that matter, even a head.  It was revealed that they posses a conscious
awareness of their surroundings, especially of living things, although it is
still unknown how this awareness functions.  

One of the many and varied unique features of the Trineste is their ability
to slowly replenish their energy by ingesting biological material,
specifically body parts.  It is rumored that they absorb knowledge of the
creature through the process, although this is uncertain.
